2015 Annual Town Meeting
(April 8, 2015) After about a half-hour of debate, the first zoning change was approved. Article 62, allowing tertiary, or third, dwellings of up to 550 square feet in many areas of the island, was approved by voice vote after being amended to cap the number of building permits allowed at 120 per year.
