Dozens of affordable housing advocates, many of them also advocates for the homeless, flooded the Ann Arbor City Council chambers Monday night (April 6, 2015) to call on the city to take action on accessory dwelling units. Paz-Norman and others who spoke at the start of the City Council’s meeting Monday night called on the council to budget $25,000 to hire a consultant to come up with zoning recommendations for accessory dwelling units.
