Here’s a list of towns in Massachusetts that allowed ADUs (accessory dwelling units) as of 2004: http://www.masshousingregulations.com/pdf/accessory.pdf

It’s likely that there are many more towns that allow them now.

    Wish it was updated, and included more towns. This is def a subject I’m struggling with.
