Hello! I’m a brand new member of the association. Wondering if anyone in TN has some more info about the zoning and laws.
I have a custom amish-built cabin that was built off site and delivered to my current property. I currently use it as a backyard office, no plumbing and electric for now.
I want to put it on an acre zoned agricultural/residential in Dickson County as a tiny house and get it hooked up with plumbing and electric. I’m having the hardest time knowing where to look re: the rules and regulations around this. I have tried reaching out to contractors, plumbers, and a few others to get info on where to find the rules, but so far no luck.
Anyone here have any experience in Dickson county, or Tennessee in general? Thanks in advance!
