If you would like your tiny house to be in an RV park in California, your tiny house must meet ANSI 119.2 or 119.5:
“A recreational vehicle that does not bear a label, an
insignia, or an insignia of approval, as required by subdivision (f)
or (g) of Section 18027.3, may not occupy any lot in a park unless
the vehicle owner provides reasonable proof of compliance with ANSI Standard No. A119.2 or A119.5 depending upon whether it is a recreational vehicle or park trailer.”
Here’s the regulation: http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/cgi-bin/displaycode?section=hsc&group=18001-19000&file=18871-18871.11&hc_location=ufi

In CA., Some mobile home communities have their “Permit To Operate” with designated RV lots. A compliant ANSI Park Model 399 square feet or less is compliant and is an accepted. Please check with management or community owner on their permits designation. HCD is the CA agency that has the jurisdiction over this permit to operate.
We just placed our “Quest” Off The Grid Park Models in a Clayton, CA. community for one of our homeowners.
