June 22, 2015 – WALNUT RIDGE, Ark. (AP) – Leaders of a northeast Arkansas city have made it harder for residents to build tiny houses.
The Jonesboro Sun reports aldermen voted last week to restrict construction of homes less than 600 square feet. City officials who mulled the change for months say the houses are a fire hazard and can reduce adjacent property values.
